Michelle Moran
"I have always been an artist and have studied and worked in various mediums. Landscape painting in oils and pastels has been my passion for the past few years. I enjoy hiking in the Catskills and often sketch and paint on location."
"I live in Woodstock, NY, on a mountain ridge. Sunrises, sunsets and varied weather conditions provide stimulating subjects and constant inspiration. I do not strive to be a realist but seek the subliminal essence of the landscape. I am constantly amazed by the beauty of the Catskill Region and the limitless possibilities of the natural world."
